Connecting Pinterest

If you keep boards of the look you are after, connecting Pinterest gives Quiny that reference directly instead of asking you to describe it.

Steps

1. In the console open Settings, then Connections, then Pinterest.
2. Press Connect and sign in to Pinterest. Approve read access to your boards and pins. Quiny does not create pins or boards.
3. Choose the boards that represent the look you want for the app. One or two is enough; a board of packaging and a board of interiors work well.
4. Press Save. Quiny reads the pins and summarizes what it found: dominant colors, the type of imagery, the tone.

How it is used

The boards feed the sixth question, where you pick one of three finished directions. You will see their influence in the spacing, the color and the photography style. Your products and prices never change between directions.

Removing access

Settings, then Connections, then remove next to Pinterest, or revoke Quiny under Security and logins in your Pinterest settings.
