Everything you tell Quiny becomes persistent knowledge about your business: products and prices, your brand direction, who your customers are, how you take payment, and the store listing. Quiny calls this the knowledge tree and you can see it under Workspace, then Knowledge.
Quiny never asks the same thing twice. Come back in a year and ask for a change, and it still knows which serum is the bestseller and that you offer free delivery over $40.
You can correct anything in the tree directly, or just tell Quiny in the prompt line. Corrections show what they will change before they are applied.
Deleting a workspace deletes its knowledge tree. See Deleting a workspace.
