Check spam, and check that the address is the one you joined the waitlist with. Links expire after fifteen minutes. If it still does not arrive, email help@quiny.ai from the address you are trying to use.
Two factor authentication is optional and can be turned on in Settings, then Security. It uses any authenticator app.
